Plot of the series:
In the series “Catherine Season 4 Favorites,” the reign of the Great Empress of Russia, Catherine Alekseevna II, continues. The events take place in 1779, when the queen has been on the throne for seventeen years and has reached the peak of her greatness. Her fame spread not only to neighboring countries, but throughout Europe. Such a nickname as “Great” was assigned to her by the high society of Europe, thanks to the efforts of the influential Princess Dashkova, who was always devoted to Catherine II.
贝蒂戴维斯（苏珊·萨兰登 Susan Sarandon 饰）和琼克劳馥（杰西卡·兰格 Jessica Lange 饰）都是曾以她们耀耀生辉的星光照亮过影史的女演员们，两人事业和感情上的冲突造成了她们彼此之间深深的矛盾，这段复杂纠葛的恩怨情仇在好莱坞早就不是什么秘密了。
